Shipping policy
At Barn Wood studio, we strive to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, with custom or handcrafted items requiring additional time.
Shipping costs are free in Spain and calculated at checkout for other countrys based on destination and chosen shipping method. We currently ship within Spain, and tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Delivery times may vary from 4-6 business days and customers are responsible for any customs duties or fees on international orders.

Changes and returns policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Barn Wood Studio.
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
For refunds, if your item is damaged, defective, or you are unsatisfied, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on returning the item, and once we receive it, we will issue a refund or offer an exchange, based on your preference.
